Dungarees

Heya,
Dungarees... They have been around for a long time, though often they are accosiated with workmen and young children, this season they are set to be worn for fashion not builders yards... and the greatest news is they don't have to be denim! As you may have seen, last year this key item was in trend in the direction of denim... However this year the trend stretches from florals to leather and spots to pastels...as well as some amazing denim pieces!
Dungarees are not just the long, baggy trousers with the plain upper part as worn by Mario and Luigi, they are also available with a skirt, shorts, straight legged amd skinny fit as it is actually the upper part that makes them what they are!
My favourite way to style this key item for this season, is to take and slim fitting tee, in a colour that compliments the colour(s) of the dungarees and wear this under the dungerees. For example if the dungerees are floral, pick out one of the colours and use this for the underlayer (tee). The bottom of the dungerees depends on the shoes you may wear. With skinny/slim fit legs cut out or Chelsea booties look great for a chilly springs day, and for the blazing hot summers we have in England, a pair of simple gladiator sandles will always look great!
